
How It Works
We won’t lie, buying clubs are quirky and take a bit of planning on the part of the members. Please read on to learn if PanPan is right for you!

Monday evening you will receive a newsletter with product notes and a link to our ordering platform. If you’re placing an order, please read the notes to see what products are in- and out-of-stock that week. An informed member is a happy member!

You can pick and choose which items to order, and order items in any amount - there are no minimum or maximum requirements.
The order form is divided into sections: Produce, Dairy & Eggs, Bread, etc. Each section contains the products available that week, and the units in which they’re sold. As an example: Apples are sold by the pound; Salad Green are sold by the ¼ LB; Eggs are sold by the dozen.
You must order in the unit available. (More info about this in the FAQ section.)
When you’re done choosing all your items, hit the checkout button and you’ll be prompted to add your name, email and phone number. There is also a comment section if you’d like to send us a note. You will automatically receive a confirmation email - please look for your confirmation, and contact us if you don’t receive it.

The deadline for PanPan orders is Wednesday at 10AM.
The pre-order deadline for gluten-free bread and baked goods is Tuesday at 3PM.

PanPan is located at 705 S. 50th Street, just south of Baltimore Ave.
Pick-up times are Fridays from 3-7pm and Saturdays from 11am-2pm. You can also stop by at these times to purchase things from our retail store.

When you arrive at our warehouse, walk up to an empty table, tell us your last name, and we will retrieve your PanPan share.
Inside your box will be a “pick sheet” that lists all the items you ordered and the total amount you owe - this is your receipt.
We strongly encourage you to check the contents of your box against the pick sheet. If something is missing, tell us and we’ll fetch it for you. If we don’t have the missing item, we will remove it from your total.
PanPan shares are packed in wax boxes which we reuse to support our low overhead and low-waste model. We prefer to keep the boxes, and ask that you bring bags and repack your share. However, if you prefer to take the box home, please bring it back the following week.

We prefer payments be made with cash, credit card, or Apple Pay. In a pinch, we can accept Venmo.
A $4.00 service fee is added to every order.
Products at PanPan are priced at approximately 30% above wholesale.
